We Believe…
God has created each of us as holy people, uniquely gifted, and beautifully different. Our call is to live into that holiness. We do this through the Word and Sacrament, by walking together on our life journeys, and by acknowledging the Christ within ourselves and others.
We, together, are the Church, the people of God. As the Church, we are called to love mercy, do justice, and walk humbly with our God.
We Value…
Time together. Whether we are in the same room or sharing a computer screen, we cherish the conversation, the laughter, the tears, and the awareness that Christ is with us.
Word and Sacrament. We gather in many ways to pray together, to give praise together, and to simply just be together knowing that we are beloved children of God.
Sharing ourselves, our stories. As WB Yeats said “There are no strangers, just friends we haven’t met yet.” Every person has a story, and when we share them with one another we grow. We grow in love. We grow in faith. We grow in awareness.
Inclusivity, transparency, forgiveness, and second (or more) chances. We are all imperfect. We all need grace. We are all forgiven. We are all beloved. We are all in this together.
